Each spring, the Chicago Cubs and the Cubs wives host a food drive at HoHoKam Park in Mesa, Arizona to benefit Paz de Cristo, a local community center serving those in need. Since 2005, the event has helped to raise more than 70,000 pounds of food for those in need in the East Valley.
The Chicago Cubs wives host a food drive each year at Wrigley Field. This annual food drive is a major contributor to the Lakeview Pantry. Since its inception in 2003, the event has helped raise more than 75,000 pounds of food. The Cubs are proud to support the tremendous work of the Lakeview Pantry.
